Ian and his team are the best! Always friendly, efficient, caring and quickly responsive. Last week I was trapped in Buenos Aires by a sudden general strike. All flights out cancelled for twenty four hours. Air companies scrambling to find ways of moving passengers on (I think some of them are still waiting, a week on). My flights got re-arranged twice, but Ian was ‘with me’ the whole time, making contingency plans to get me home from Heathrow whenever I should land. I felt so lucky, that as long as I got on a plane, he or one of his drivers would be there to scoop me up and get me home. They are fantastic and I shall continue to book with them.
